The WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE COMPANY OF THESSALONIKI S.A, according to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 (IVI), (bb) and article 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of the 1/434/3.7.2007 decision of the Stock market Committee, announces that according to the announcement of 3/9/2007, Mr. Laskaridis Ioannis of Leonidas, General Manager, has proceeded to the following transactions: a) on the 5/5/2007 to the sale of 220 common nominal stocks of the Company of 1.562 Euros value, b) on the 21/6/2007 to the purchase of 1.000 common nominal stocks of the Company of 7.540 Euros value, c) on the 12/7/2007 to the purchase of 470 common nominal stocks of the Company, of 4.192,40 Euros value, & d) on the 10/8/2007 to the purchase of 1.382 common nominal stocks of the Company of 10.426,76 Euros value, transactions which had been made known to us at the afore-mentioned date.
