Philippos Nakas S.A. celebrated the anniversary of 40 years cooperation with YAMAHA in October 2007, organizing a series of seminars and concerts for its partners, at the company's headquarters in Peania.
16 artists and representatives of YAMAHA participated in this successful event.
In his speech, Mr. Yasuaki Gyoten, the Managing Director of YAMAHA EUROPE, underlined that during all these years until today, PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A. is the best YAMAHA representative worldwide.
This long-lasting and successful cooperation was awarded by the 5-year renewal of the contract for the exclusive distribution of YAMAHA products in Greece and Cyprus.
YAMAHA also announced its entry in two new quite promising fields, a) the Video and Audio Conference systems which apply to big projects and offer the distance transmission of vision and sound between groups of people and b) the networking communication between sound systems which allows the digital transmission of huge volume of information at a perfect quality and very low cost and applies to sound productions of high standards, music performances, live concerts, studios, and broadcast applications.
