Following Lavipharm S.A 's announcement of November 12, 2007, regarding the transfer of 4.278.075 common Lavipharm shares from Dr. Athanase Lavidas, Chairman and CEO, to "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.", a company of his own interests, Lavipharm S.A. announces that, after the completion of the aforementioned transaction, "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l." is the owner of 8,73% of Lavipharm S.A.'s share capital and voting rights.
