Lavipharm announces that Mr. Telemaque Lavidas, son of Athanase, has transferred 100% shares of "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l." to Dr. Athanase Lavidas, son of Telemaque, Chairman and CEO of Lavipharm S.A. "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l." is the owner of 180.000 common Lavipharm shares. Following the aforementioned transaction, on November 12, 2007, Dr. Athanase Lavidas has transferred 4.278.075 common Lavipharm shares (through contribution in kind) amounting to 16.000.000,50 euros to "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.", a company of his own interests.
