In case a relevant decision is made, the Board of Directors of the Company will proceed to any necessary actions under the legislation in force and will directly inform the investors.
It is further noted that the accurate facts regarding investments, returns and other financial facts of the company are analyzed in the 6-month financial reports as of 30/06/2007, as publicized.
