1.Sold on 24/10/07, 6.250 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 45.983,93
2.Sold on 25/10/2007, 2.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 14.714,84 and
3.Sold on 26/10/07, 1.350 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 9.717,74.
Those transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Constantine Capayannides, under his capacity as Managing Director of Motodynamics S.A.
