Following the relevant information we received from the stakeholders/investors being involved, we announce that the shares of the firm Papapanagiotou - DROMEASS.A., owned by its main shareholder Mr. Athanasios Con. Papapanagiotou, have been transferred from the personal investment account of Mr. Papapanagiotou in a joint investment account, in which he is co-owner with Mr. Constantine Ath. Papapanagiotou and Mrs. Maria Olga Ath. Papapanagiotou.
