Regarding a question from the ATHEX through its letter dated 09.10.2007/41612 and according to articles 281 & 285 of the ATHEX's Regulation, the Company replies that:
INTRALOT and the companies in which it participates as a shareholder investigate various business cooperations around the world, one of which is the potential acquisition by Eurofootball Ltd of Eurobet, which operates in the market of Bulgaria. Within the context of investigating this market, the legal framework of operation is examined and the consent of relative authorities, which include the Competition Committee of Bulgaria. It is however obvious that the granting of the relative approvals does not predetermine the result of the process regarding the achievement or not of an agreement for a potential acquisition of Eurobet.
In the event that the acquisition is completed, INTRALOT will proceed to the required announcements in order to inform the investment public.
