Lavipharm SA clarifies that in the consolidated interim Financial Statements of Q1 2007, which were posted at the Company's website and sent to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Stock Exchange, and in particular in the analysis of note 16 "Payables and other liabilities" and "Consolidated Interim Changes in Shareholders' Equity", descriptions of each account do not match with the correct amounts, due to an electronic file transfer error. Nonetheless, total amounts of the abovementioned charts are accurate.
Consequently, the amended consolidated interim Financial Statements have been resent to the Athens Stock Exchange and were posted at the company's website on June 15th 2007, in order to provide accurate information to the investment community.
