According to the ASE regulation article 282 and PD 51/92 "Athens Medical Center SA" informs the investor community that following the share capital increase and the issue of 2.750.000 new common registered shares of par value 0,31 euros each with no rights issue according to the decision of the repeated extraordinary shareholders meeting on the 18th of December 2006 there was a change in the participation percentage of Mr. George Apostolopoulos.
In particular, Mr Apostolopoulos prior to the above mentioned share capital increase had 43.067.316 shares and 51,28% in the company''s share capital and voting rights (8.933.473 shares and 10,64% of the share capital and voting rights directly and 34.133.843 shares and 40,64% of the share capital and voting rights through G APOSΤOLOPOULOS HOLDINGS SA a company controlled by Mr. Apostolopoulos) out of a total of 83.985.980 share outstanding.
Following the above mentioned share capital increase and the commencement of trading of the 2.750.000 new common registered shares the above mentioned percentages have changed as follows: Mr. Apostolopoulos holds 43.067.316 shares and 49,65% of the share capital and voting rights (8.933.473 shares and 10,3% participation in share capital directly and 34.133.843 shares and 39,35% share capital through G. Apostolopoulos Holdings SA, a company controlled by Mr. Apostolopoulos) over 86.735.980 shares outstanding.
In addition Apostolopoulos Family in total holds 50,01% voting rights (10,30% directly Mr George Apostolopoulos, 39,35% Mr George Apostolopoulos through G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA and 0,252% Mr. Vassilios Apostolopoulos, 0,088% Mr. Christos Apostolopoulos and 0,016% Mrs Panagiota Apostolopoulos)
