Lavipharm SA announces according to Hellenic Capital Market Committee regulations that Lavipharm Group Holding, a company which is controlled directly by Dr. Athanase Lavidas, Chairman and CEO of Lavipharm SA, purchased 20.500 common Lavipharm shares, amounting to euro 107.796,00 on Thursday, June 14th, 2007.
