The Water Supply & Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki S.A. announces that by the decision of its shareholders BoD General Regular Meeting on the 29-6-2007, according to which Mr. Oikonomou Athanasios of Sotirios and Mr. Christodoulos Eminoglou of Stergios were elected as independent non executive members, the BoD by its today's decision (11-07-2007) proceeded in its reorganization by appointing:
Mr. Papadopoulos Dimitrios of Lazaros, President, Executive Member.
Mr. Smyris Pavlos of Konstantinos, A Vice-president, Executive Member.
Mr. Oikonomou Athanasios of Sotirios, B Vice-president, Independent Non Executive Member.
and Mr. Skodras Georgios of Ioannis, who remains Managing Director and Executive Member.
