Lavipharm S.A. announces that, in the framework of the Group's reformation, the company Lavipharm France Holding (France) advanced in the transfer of rate of minority interest 35% that possessed in Separex S.A., maintaining the rights of use of Patents with regard to the applications of Supercritical Fluid Technologies in the sectors of medicines, dietary supplements and cosmetic products.
