Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 63.3% of Athena SA's share capital. The Company also wishes to correct its announcement dated 06/07/2007 regarding the purchase of Athena SA shares on 05/06/2007, which amounted to 119,800 shares for a total consideration of Euro 200,199.60.
