The financial performance and results of both the Company and the Group during full year 2024 compared with the previous full year 2023 are the following:

 a) The consolidated group turnover amounted to 156.593 million Euros compared to 153.090 million Euros of previous year and the company turnover amounted to 119.085 million Euros compared to 112.521 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 2.29% and of 5.83% respectively.

b) The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 20.658 million Euros, at group level, compared to 25.773 million Euros of previous year, decreased by 19.85% and to 17.711 million Euros, at company level, compared to 16.822 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 5.29%.

c) The Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) amounted for the Group to 14.063 million Euros compared to 19.057 million Euros of previous year, decreased by 26.21% and to 12.715 million Euros, at company level, compared to 10.795 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 17.79%.

d) The Earnings After Taxes (EAT) amounted for the Group to 10.675 million Euros compared to 15.101 million Euros of previous year, decreased by 29.31% and to 9.774 million Euros, at Company level, compared to 8.297 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage increase of 17.80%.
