Update of the percentage of participation of Mr Georgios Gatzaros

The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 16.04.2025 transaction notification, submitted by Mr. Georgios Gatzaros of Sotirios, as a liable person (President of BoD of the Company), on 14.04.2025, Mr. Georgios Gatzaros transferred from his individual share, 250,000 common registered voting shares, i.e. 0.92% of the total number of shares and voting rights of the Company to a Common Investment Share (CIF) held by him and his son, Μr Sergios Gatzaros.

With the above transfer, the percentage of voting rights controlled directly by Mr. Georgios Gatzaros still amounts to 22.85% of the total voting rights of the Company's shares (corresponding to 6,191,717 common, registered, voting shares of the Company) as follows:

1. Due to the (CIF) 250,000 common, registered, voting shares
2. Due to the individual account nominal 5,941,717 voting shares of the Company

It is noted that the aforementioned change, i.e. the reduction from 24.47% of the total voting rights of the Company notified to the Company on the basis of the relevant TR1 notification on 10.11.2020 does not exceed the limits of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.

Subsequently, Mr Sergios Gatzaros holds, after the above transfer, 250.000 common registered voting shares due to his participation in the above Common Investment Unit without controlling the respective voting rights.
