Trading of new shares for the share capital increase of ILYDA S.A.
 

The Athens Stock Exchange announces that Thursday, January 9th, 2025, will be the ex-rights date following the share capital increase realized through capitalization of reserves of “ILYDA S.A.” (ISIN: GRS475003018), at a ratio of 1 new ordinary share for every 2 old ordinary shares. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, January 10th, 2025. 
The commencement of trading of 4.523.066 new shares will take place on Tuesday 14th, January 2025.
