Group TECHNICAL OLYMPIC management informs the investment community that NYSE listed US affiliate TOUSA Inc. announced today that it completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of its Dallas Division to the company Wall Homes. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to reduce debt to strengthen the Company's balance sheet and improve its liquidity.
