Further to the previous announcement, EYATH SA announces that following the transfer from the Greek State of 14,520,000 shares of EYATH (a percentage of 40%) in the “Development of State's Private Property Fund SA” and an equal amount of voting rights the percentage of the Greek State to the company's share capital is 34.02%.
