As the next step of the ATHEX - SIBEX cooperation, as of 30^th March, SIBEX's Spot Markets operation (both Main and Alternative) is facilitated by ATHEX's Trading System (OASIS), which is also online connected with SIBEX Depository (http://www.depozitarulsibex.ro) for the all the related clearing and settlement procedures of SIBEX's Spot Markets.

SIBEX's Derivatives Market is already facilitated by the same system as of 22 of December 2014 under the post trading support from ATHEXClear.

ATHEX and SIBEX do hereby restate their commitment to the further development of their strategic partnership as initiated in February 2014, under the "Regional Cooperation" concept.
