SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE OF EYDAP NISON S.A.

EYDAP announces that after the decision of its Board of Directors (Resolution 18290/29.01.14), the Company approved the share capital increase for "EYDAP NISON" S.A by 150.000 €, through payment in cash, which was ratified in the voting of the Extraordinary General Meeting of "EYDAP NISON" S.A, today February 7^th 2014.

Also, in the aforementioned Extraordinary General Meeting, the Member of the BoD and General Director of "EYDAP NISON" S.A. Mr. Leonidas Kairis, was replaced by Mr. Petros Matsoukas.
