Following the two consecutive share capital decreases of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A." (GRS439003005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final new par value of €0.15 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.06 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
