Following the change in the share capital of the company "BIOKARPET  S.A." (GRS165063009), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €1.04 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.015 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
