(GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on ATHEX, following the share capital increase realized by capitalization of liabilities to company's main shareholders. On November 8, 2023, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 155,154,947 (CR) shares.

Regarding the company "INTRALOT S.A.", as of November 8, 2023: a) the  232,758,621 new (CR) shares of the company (GRS343313003) are admitted to trading on ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase through a rights issue, and b) following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee of November 7, 2023, the shares of the company will be trading on the Main Market of ATHEX. On November 8, 2023, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 604,095,621 (CR) shares.
