(GRS488003005) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the recent share capital increase realized as a result of capitalization from the reserve 'distribution of new bonus shares to the company's management members'. On  August 1, 2023, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 30,150,000 (CR) shares.

The trading of the 3,026,921 own (CR) shares of the company "GR. SARANTIS S.A." (GRS204003008) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On August 1, 2023, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 66,850,563 (CR) shares.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." (GRS326003019) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.45 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.4275 per share).
