The BoD of the company THRACE PLASTICS S.A. announced today that, pursuant to its relevant decision of 7.11.2005 and in implementation to Article 16, par.13 of C.L.2190/1920, as currently in force, the company would sell -from 11/11/2005 until 30/12/2005-up to 1,939,140 of its own shares, which have been acquired according to the Shareholders' GM resolution of 30.6.2004 and sets the lowest price of each share at EUR 1.35.
