The company ALPHA TRUST -ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A announced today that its BoD, during its session on July 28, 2005, resolved that the company would sell during the period from 01/08/2005 until 31/12/2005, up to 2,825,540 (9.86%) of its own shares, at a minimum issue price of ?2.50 per share.
