INTRALOT notifies, based on the ASE's Regulation article 291 and its announcement for the sale of own shares with protocol number of the Athens Stock Exchange 53457/2.12.2005, that on Wednesday December 7, 2005 it completed the sale of 122,400 own shares, at an average price of 13.26 Euro per share.
