As a result of a merging with ALTEC C.A. INFORM. & COMMUN. SYST., the companies SYSWARE S.A. and UNISOFT S.A. are going to be delisted of the Athens Stock Exchange. Therefore, these two companies must be deleted from the list of constituents of the above index and replaced by the highest-ranking non-constituent securities eligible as at the close of business two days prior to the effective date of the deletion (Monday, September 24, 2001).
