Regarding a question by the Capital Markets Commission through its letter dated 30.07.2007/3132 and according to article 2 decision 5/204/2000 of the BoD of the Capital Markets Commission and the clauses of law 3340/2005, the Company replies that the relevant letter dated 20.09.2006/45679 is effective, which the Company had sent to the Athens Exchange for the same subject in order to inform the investment public.
