Further on the Press Release issued by J&P-AVAX SA on 04/01/2007 and in response to the letter sent to J&P-AVAX SA on 05/01/2007 by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding the article posted on financial daily newspaper "Hrimatistirio" on 03/01/2007 concerning a long-term lease contract signed for the Olympic Slalom Canoe/Kayak facilities in Athens, our Company discloses that the "Hellinikon Recreational and Sports Parks" consortium comprising GEK SA, J&P-AVAX SA, VIOTER SA and Corfu Waterpark with equal stakes, signed on 04/01/2007 a contract with Olympic Properties SA regarding the long-term lease of the Olympic Slalom Canoe/Kayak venue situated at Hellinikon in Athens. The term of the lease is 30 years. The annual lease amounts to 3,500,000 euros, to be adjusted annually to reach 4,618,176 euros by the 15th year of the lease, while the total lease paid to Olympic Properties shall amount to 129,799,594 euros.
