Alumil Milonas administration announces that, according to Hellenic Stock Market law, in reference to the press release published from the financial newspaper IMERISIA (DAILY) in February 3rd 2005, Group sales will exceed 160 m. euros for the year end 2004. Mother company sales will surpass 20%, approaching 150 m. euros. Financial results in detail will be officially announced with a press release, according to Stock Market law by the end of February. Additionally, in respect to rumors claiming that:
1. Alumil will be acquired by a large industrial group, and
2. Alumil shareholders received loans using Alumil shares as collateral, Alumil administration clearly states that these rumors are completely imaginary and unreal.
