On Tuesday the 23rd of November 2004, Gr. Sarantis ABEE Group shall release, according to the following schedule, the results for the 9-month period (January-September) for the year 2004:

1) 10:30 - Press Release, which shall be made available in the Athens Exchange web page (www.ase.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis ABEE web page (www.sarantis.gr). The Press Release shall be thus sent out to the broader investment community of Greece and abroad, as well as the Media of Mass Communication.

2) 17:00 - Update of the company's institutional shareholders and analysts via telephone conference.
