1st HALF 2011 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. announces that the Financial Data and Information and the Semiannual Financial Report for the period 01/01/2011 till 30/06/2011 will be published on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 and will be available at the company's website www.centric.gr as well as the website of the Athens Exchange www.athex.gr the same day prior to the opening of the Athens Exchange trading session.
