OPAP S.A., following its letter to ATHEX of 30/01/2006, as regards the date of credit of free shares to the accounts of private (non institutional) shareholders who participated in the Public Offering in July 2005 and held their shares for a six month period, would like to inform the investing public that, following agreement with the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, the above credit will take place no later than 20/03/2006. The exact date will be further announced following the completion of the required measures by the Ministry.
