(HELEX), during its session on January 14, 2014, approved the admission to trading of: <ul> <li>97,144,575 new common registered shares of the company "FORTHNET S.A.", following the share capital increase carried out through a rights issue. The start of trading date of the new shares is set on January 16, 2014.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>612,300 new common registered shares of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A.", following the share capital increase carried out through a rights issue. The start of trading date of the new shares is set on January 17, 2014. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>1,000,000 new common registered shares of the company "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.", which resulted from the share capital increase through the exercise of rights to participate in a stock option plan by executives of the company and its affiliated companies. The start of trading date of the new shares is set on January 20, 2014.</li> </ul> Moreover, HELEX, during today's session, was also informed of: <ul> <li>the alteration in the name of the company "ALPHA TRUST INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A." to "ALPHA TRUST MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT S.A.", effective from January 16, 2014.</li> </ul>
