The Administration of the Athens Stock Exchange presented the Greek stock market, its development as regards the legislation, organization and operation, as well as the investment opportunities to 24 journalists from Austria, on May 13,2002.

The specific journalists are members of the "Austrian Journalists Club", they arrived in Greece on May 12 and they will depart on May 16, with the objective to be informed on issues related to the economic and social life in Greece.

The group of journalists is having meetings with all the agencies ? private and public ? related with the above issues and is informed on their developments.

The presence and updating of the Austrian journalists is part of the program of hospitality to foreign journalists materialized by the Ministry for the Press and Mass Media, in the frame of the preparation of the country, in view of the Olympic Games 2004.
