PAPOUTSANIS: Financial Results 2024 - Additional Announcement

Following the Commentary on the 2024 Financial Results, it is clarified that the Management intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a gross dividend of €0.06 per share for the financial year 2024, which includes the interim dividend of €0.03/share paid to shareholders on 15.11.2024.

The proposed distribution is subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
