INTRACOM was the only Greek participant in ITU TELECOM WORLD 2003, held in Geneva from October 12th to 18th. The exhibition, organized every four years, constitutes the most significant event in the field of Telecommunications.

INTRACOM joined ITU TELECOM WORLD 2003 with a 250 sq.m. stand (Hall 4), where visitors were offered the opportunity to be updated on the company's high-technology telecommunications and IT products.

More specifically, the following were presented at the exhibition:

• Wireless Access Systems

• Wired Access Systems

• VoIP (Voice over IP) Applications

• Public Telephony Products (Card phones, etc)

• IT solutions and systems for Telecom Organizations

• Content distribution systems

More than 900 companies participated in ITU TELECOM WORLD 2003; including several of the largest companies in the field, such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Intel, LG information & Communications, Cisco Systems, etc, while the number of visitors exceeded 100.000.

Executives from leading international Telecom Organizations visited INTRACOM's stand, while meetings and heavyweight contacts were achieved with top executives of the field.
