Mytilineos Holdings S.A. announces the successful sale of 2,300,000 million shares of Aluminium of Greece S.A. (the Company) via an accelerated bookbuilt offering to international institutional investors via a private placement. The offering priced at Euro 19 per share, a 2.96% discount to yesterday's closing price. The transfers will be placed through the ATHEX on 31 March 2006.

UBS Limited (UBS) acted as Bookrunners of the offering.
