On 29 September 2005 Intracom S.A. published in the Official Daily Bulletin of the Athens Exchange (through the website of the Athens Exchange, ATHEX) its intention to make a public offer to the shareholders of the company listed on the ATHEX with the name Hellenic Telecommunications and Telematics Applications Company FORTHnet S.A. (FORTHnet) according to the details stated in the relevant announcement.

In light of the above and pursuant to article 17 of the decision of the Capital Markets Commission 2/258/5.12.2002 (Government Gazette B 19/16.01.2003), we would like to inform the Capital Markets Commission and the ATHEX that on 04 October 2005 we acquired 25,880 shares with voting rights representing 0.154% in the share capital of FORTHnet for the amount of euro 215,003.28. As a result of this acquisition we now hold totally 3,265,524 shares with voting rights representing 19.378% of the share capital of FORTHnet. The non-executive member of the Board of Directors of FORTHnet, Constantine Gonticas, is a 'person acting in concert' with us (as this is defined in article 1 of the decision of the Capital Markets Commission 2/258/5.12.2002) and from 22 September 2005 he holds 6,650 shares with voting rights representing 0.039% in the share capital of FORTHnet.
