Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, and following relevant notification received from Piraeus Bank on 8 June 2015, Trastor Real Estate Investment Company (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that on 5 June 2015 Piraeus Bank acquired 1.900.000 shares issued by the Company and following such acquisition Piraeus Bank owns now 47.684.016 shares issued by the Company and 47.718.662 voting rights, in which 34.646 voting rights exercised pursuant to shares pledge agreements are included. The total percentage of voting rights of Piraeus Bank amounts to 86,94% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The voting rights of Piraeus Bank attached to shares issued by the Company, as of the prior notification received by Piraeus Bank, amounted to 83,01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
