Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, and following relevant notification received from Duokon Limited on 8 June 2015, Trastor Real Estate Investment Company (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that on 2 June 2015 Duokon Limited sold 1,000,000 shares of Trastor REIC and the total percentage of its voting rights in Trastor REIC fell below 5%.

Prior to the triggering transaction, the percentage of voting rights of Duokon Limited was 5,001%.
