LAMDA Development S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) announces, in accordance with the provision of article 14 Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification from Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. (hereinafter “CLH”), that on July 2, 2014 CLH's total participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company has decreased from 61.88% to 51.88%.
