LAMDA Development S.A. (the Issuer) announces, in accordance with the provision of article 14 Law 3556/2007, after relevant notification from Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. that on 3 October 2011, its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has increased from 55,677% (latest notification 10.11.2006) to 58,691%.

The previous day preceding the critical transaction, Consolidated Lamda Holdings S.A. held 25.965.723 voting rights in total, which corresponded to 58,670% of the Issuer's total voting rights.
