Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

29 January 2008 - DEUTSCHE BANK informed the Company in writing on 29.01.2008 that on 25.01.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned purchase, DEUTSCHE BANK and subsidiaries own 5.01% of the share capital of HELEX.
