According to the ASE regulation article 282 and PD 51/92 Athens Medical Center SA informs the investor community that on the 20th of June Mr. George Apostolopoulos and G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA proceeded with transactions on the Athens Medical Center SA shares.
In particular, prior to the transaction G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA had 34.133.843 shares out of a total number of shares of 86.735.980. The percentage of voting rights as well as the percentage of the Company's Share capital controlled by G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA was 39.35%. After the sale transaction of 6.300.000 shares G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA has 27.833.843 shares and controls 32.09% of the voting rights and has 32.09% stake in the Athens Medical Center SA share Capital.
Prior to the transaction, Mr. George Apostolopoulos had 8.933.473 shares of Athens Medical Center out of a total number of shares of 86.735.980 shares. His percentage on the Athens Medical Center SA share capital was 10.30%, whereas his voting rights percentage, including the voting rights of G. Apostolopoulos Holdings SA, a company controlled by him, was 49.65%. After the acquisition of 6.300.000 Athens Medical Center SA shares Mr. George Apostolopoulos has 15.233.473 shares and his participation in the share capital is 17.56%, whereas the percentage of voting rights controlled by him remains at 49.65%.
We stress the fact that G Apostolopoulos Holdings SA is controlled by Mr George Apostolopoulos and as a result, and following the above transactions, the percentage of voting rights controlled by Mr. George Apostolopoulos remained unchanged at 49.65%.
