AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to article 13 paragraph 2 of law 3340/2005, that on the 9th of August 2007, shareholder and general manager Emmanouella Vassilakis, has purchased 8,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of Euro 47,100.00.
