Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 that Capital Research and Management Company (CRMC), a U.S - based investment management company, manages the American Funds Group of mutual funds, although it does not own shares of the company, announced that mutual funds under its management bought, on August 8, 2007, 4.684 common nominal shares of the company and as a result their participation increased at 12.4262% from 12.4185%.
