The Company announces, in accordance with the article 16§10 of Codified Law 2190/1920, that at the fixed - in accordance with the decision of General Assembly of shareholders of 4.5.2006 and the announcement of the Company dated 19.5.2006 - interval for the purchase of own shares until 4.5.2007, the Company did not acquired own shares. Also it is announced that today the Company does not hold own shares.
